My personal healing journey has included spiritual practice, including Christian Mysticism , Buddhist practitioner for over 30 years, Attunement and Homeopathy. They have all worked together to help me heal, yet I still have a place where there is a hole in my heart. Without them I am afraid I would have lost my health completely, lost my moral compass, never had a glimpse of my own Buddha Nature, my own goodness.
