Spent the Day at a Symposium of integrative Health and Chronic Pain. At USM Hanford Hall.

The symposium was sponsored by the Center for Wellness Leadership.

The presentations were so informative. The Keynote Speaker Dr. Steven Hull, Mercy Hospital Pain Center was so informative about why it is possible to change your mind about your pain.

Meeting many different practitioners of alternative and integrated health care was not only informative but so much fun.

Green Amber Healing gave free mini attunements during the day . We drew a business card to give a lucky participant a free attunement. The Winner of the attunement was Molly Stewart who works for the Cancer Community Center.

All in all it was a joyful day.
